How to enable external control of the MPPT’s in a lithium setup with VE.Bus BMS?

Hi,

Here is the setup

4x 200 Ah 12,8 Volt Smart lithium batteries

12/5000 quattro

Ve.bus bms

100/30 smart solar mppt’s connected to cerbo via ve.direct cable

Cerbo gx

Question: In case of over voltage in one or multiple cells or overheating does the bms shut down mppts?

Thanks

cerbo gx

Thanks Rob i know that cable but if i remove the ve.direct cables between the mppts and the cerbo we also cannot monitor the mppts vla vrm portal. When there is a canbus enabled bms in the system, the bms takes over the control of the mppts and when you connect to any mppt via VictronConnect you see that it is externally controlled. I am trying to figure out how to get them externally controlled in a setup without a canbus bms but a ve bus bms
