I would like to have 11 controllers. Ideally 14. Is that possible. If so what do I need to do to make it work. I am considering 1 controller per solar panel for maximum energy generation.

Why would more controllers give more power generation?
If you're trying to get more power, consider connecting multiple panels in series per controller.
Not all panels will get equal sun. They will go on a boat and the boat has shadows.
