I just bought 2 isolated 12v 30 amp dc/dc charger to run in parallel. When I got down to my boat (in Mexico) I discovered the starter and house bank are not isolated. Can I still use the isolated units? Is so can the two grounds be combined?

Isolated just means there will be no galvanic action due to leakage currents. So yes.
