Replace cell of 90ah Lithium battery

Hi everyone,

got 4 second hand 90ah batteries. Two seem to be fine and two were only having around 10v. As the BMS cables were cut off on one of the bad one I decided to open that one up.

Good decision I guess as one of the 4 cells is bad and the other 3 are perfectly fine. So the plan is to open up the other bad battery and take one of those cells to complete one good battery.

Question is how to take the yellow cells out of the casing without braking anything. Already almost ripped off one of the resistors because its all glued together.

But I guess the electrics of this battery are shot anyways. Opinions?

Thanks!
