We have a problem on our Isolation Transformer 3600 W 230V, We have 230V on the input and between Phase and earth we get voltage. But we do not get any voltage on the output, please could you assist?

You will need to ensure you have the small connection wires all wired in correctly so it knows what voltage is required at the output.
