BMV 712 as amperage counter (Victron Connect Settings > Miscellanous)

Hi all,
has anybody used the BMV-712 as DC counter in the Victronn Connect App via Misc. ?
There are two options to - the "normal one", using the BMV 712 as Battery monitor and a second option as DC counter. I have a client with a boat and an silent wind turbine with OEM regulator and two Victron MPPT BT controllers. The boat owner wants to see the input amperage of the Wind turbine.

I would be happy to get more informations about this function in the Victron Connect app and remarks on the wiring, if someone has it done yet.
