I have an issue with the "charge disconnect" of the BMS ve bus.
We are on a big 24v system with
3x100A chargers , 2 x 80A alternators , 60A solar
and wind generator.
We can't use any of the Cyrix-li because they are
At 240A max
so the chargers and the solar are gonna
Be shut off by 4 wire, 3 with static relay and 1 with ve direct adaptation made by victron for this purpose
Alternators are gonna be shut off by shutting off the regulation via relay
Wind generator are gonna be shut off by activating their brake function via relay
The problem is, the charge disconnect output of the
BMS is only providing 10mA current wich is not enough to trigger a 24v relay to make the system work.
It is any way wich I'm not aware of, made by victron to secure systems like that ?
Using a 120a Cyrix-li-ct as a main relay to trigger the others relay is an idea, but as soon as the batteries are gonna be lower than 26.8v the all charging system will shut off wich we don't want.
