3 phase Quattro overload Alarm with load disconnected

I have a 3 phase Quattro system. We started the system up but it gives a constant Overload L1 error even though the AC out cables are disconnected. Any idea what can be wrong?

Is there something connected to the AC input?

If yes try to disconnect that too.
