WiFi and BT lights blinking/flashing

The WiFi and Bluetooth lights ony Cerbo GX are flashing. Think they’ve always flashed. Should they be flashing?

Mine flash. With four SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers in the same area it's like a circus in there.
