Update CCGx firmware to 2.72 / 2.73 fixed losing comms with BYD batteries - but seems to have broken scheduled charging.
ESS system - 8kw Quattro.
Have tried 2,73 release candidate 1 - no change.
Tried creating new schedule - no change.
Any ideas ?

Scheduled charging not working ESS System - it did.. now doesnt
"who drives" topic probably. This case BYD is the one that drives, controlling the charging algo, not the Victron. This is the default setup if you install a new system and do not enable ESS on it, whatever you set on Victron relates to charging or AC limits are ignored as BYD drives. So basically 3 options should be VERY clear from software when it comes to "who drives"? 1) Victron drives, 2) BYD (or smart battery) drives or 3) my preferred method - i drive via MQTT using my own algos, no "optimized" hocus pokus.
